Reliance Trenchless Technology (RTT) is a joint ownership of Qingdao Xinya Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. , Wenzhou Wantuo Pipeline Equipment Co., Ltd., and GNLC Construction Machinery Co., Ltd..

Xinya has focused on resin, high-pressure plugs and repair packers since 2010. Wantuo is a producer of internal pipe seals and instant-lock patches. GNLC is a manufacturer of mortar sprayer machines.
