How to completeTick every option that applies and fill in the fields. Give dimensions in millimetres (mm) unless stated, measured on site where possible. Questions marked * are needed before we can quote. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure” – an honest blank is better than a guess, and our engineers will follow up.

02Medium and temperatureREQUIRED

Why we ask:the medium and its temperature decide the rubber compound and the grade of the stainless steel rings.

04Seal type and sizesREQUIRED

Why we ask:each seal is made to one diameter. Measure the internal diameter (ID) vertically and horizontally at the actual seal position – the nominal size (DN) alone is not enough.

Section of an end seal at a CIPP liner end, showing A as the host pipe internal diameter and B as the liner internal diameter.
End seal at a liner end: A = host pipe ID, B = liner ID
Section of an internal joint seal across a pipe joint, showing A as the pipe internal diameter.
Joint / point seal across a pipe joint: A = pipe ID

End sealsIf the liner ID is not yet known, give the liner wall thickness t instead: B = A − 2t.

05Seal width and rings per setREQUIRED

Why we ask:the seal must overlap sound pipe on both sides of the joint or defect, and its width fixes the number of ring seats.

Option A rubber seal profile, 350 mm wide and 21 mm high with an 8 mm body and two ring seats.
Option A – 350 mm wide, 1 seal + 2 rings per set
Option B rubber seal profile, 500 mm wide and 17.5 mm high with a 10 mm body and three 85 mm ring seats.
Option B – 500 mm wide, 1 seal + 3 rings per set

07Pressure conditionsREQUIRED

Why we ask:the seal must resist groundwater from outside as well as any vacuum or pressure inside the pipe. Leave a value blank if it is not known.

m water column

bar

Write 0 if none

bar

Write 0 for a gravity line

Air / water / vacuum and test pressure

Negative pressureThe pressure inside the pipe is lower than outside, so air or water is drawn in – e.g. pump surges or siphoning. 1 bar = 100 kPa ≈ 10 m water column.
