- What is included in the supply?
- Request an itemized list identifying the product assembly, included tools and accessories, optional items, consumables and equipment you must provide on site. An illustrated accessory is not automatically included in every quotation.
- Is there a minimum order or a sample option?
- Include the model, quantity and any sample requirement. Ask for the applicable minimum quantity, sample availability and charges in the quotation.
- What are the warranty and installation-support terms?
- Request written warranty terms and exclusions for the proposed product. Confirm whether the scope includes documentation, remote guidance, training or on-site support, and any separate charges.
- Which inspection or material records can be supplied?
- Specify the required material, batch, inspection and acceptance documents. Their availability, document revision and product scope must be confirmed for the proposed supply; a public certificate image is not an order-specific inspection record.
- When will the selected configuration be available?
- Include your destination and target date. Stock, production lead time, packing, shipping terms and document availability are confirmed per project.
